Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the skills performance and efficiency of our customer service staff. This position requires a strong communicator who can design implement and deliver engaging training programs that enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deliver and update customer service training programs aligned with company standards.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing workshops for existing team members.

  • Evaluate individual and team performance to identify training needs and skill gaps.

  • Provide coaching feedback and guidance to improve communication problem-solving and service techniques.

  • Create training materials guidelines and documentation for internal use.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training initiatives support operational goals.

  • Monitor results and implement improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
