At Halls were looking for a Customer Support Representative to play a key part of our Takanini based team providing our customers with professional responses to customer queries and product and service information.
In this role you will be dealing directly with customers either by telephone electronically or face to face regularly monitoring and checking emails for requests for PODs or ETAs and logging all queries received into our CRM requiring a high level of communication time management and customer care.
We are looking for some who can work on our Monday to Friday 8.30am 5pm shift.
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- You will be a clear communicator and enjoy working as part of a team dedicated to providing great customer service
- You will have a previous experience of working with MS Office including Excel
- You will have great time management and the ability manage your own work to deadlines meeting our quality standards
- Lots of energy drive and enthusiasm to work in our busy environment
This is a busy environment and your composure to comply with our process will be the key to your success. To achieve in this role you will ideally come from the transport/logistics industry however we will offer training to the right candidate; someone with a positive attitude who is adaptable and well-organised with strong time-management skills.
