Job Summary
Mission
As SAP Development Manager - BOLD Global Analytics Program Lead and oversee the development of SAP-based solutions with a strong focus on designing and implementing innovative solutions using SAP Datasphere. Ensure high-quality well-documented and timely delivery to drive analytics excellence at Louis Dreyfus Company. At the same time you will also manage upwards and deliver KPIs and accompanying insights.
Technologically you will be expected to have expertise in the following domains
SAP S/4
CDS views
Datasphere
SAP BW
Eclipse
We also expect to learn and work in the following domains
SAP BO / BI
Power BI analysis for Office
SAC is an advantage (SAP Analytics Cloud)
Time-wise you will be expected to work on
Production Support; managing incidents and requests involving development
Project work; managing on average two large roll-outs simultaneously
Continuous improvement; improving the way developers work by
o Increasing velocity
o Reducing incidents in production
o Improving documentation
KPI production and analysis
Design and develop new SAP Datasphere data model to support corporate reporting and analytics
Provide technical expertise in Datasphere ensuring optimized performance and scalability.
Evaluate business requirements and translate them into SAP BI and Datasphere architecture.
Test and Documentation
You are the gatekeeper of the development delivery and quality
You are ensuring the delivery of the build plan
You are ensuring the quality through documentation peer review unit testing.
You are a core team member for roll-outs 3
You will contribute to the Design Phase by contributing to designs architecture and estimatations
Qualifications :
Must have IT Skills
Extensive experience in Datasphere
Extensive experience in Working with CDS Views Advanced ADSOs and HANA modeling
Experience in front-end tools Analysis for office or Power BI
Understanding of ABAP & SQL according to SAP BI needs
Nice to have IT Skills
Full life cycle in SAP analytics implementations on SAP BW Datasphere and SAP S/4
Functional knowledge of finance & logistics Sales and Distribution processes and experience with Power BI would be an added advantage.
Experience in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) as an advantage
Experience
Must Experience in IT project management including leading SAP BI & Datasphere teams.
Must Experience in managing developers overseeing project timelines and optimizing development workflows.
Must Experience with SAP BI Development
Must Experience with SAP Datasphere and SAC
Plus International multi-cultural environment
Plus Experience working in a large IT company team-oriented & collaborative environment
Languages
English (Fluent)
Education
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a related field
