Welcoming all visitors and making them feel comfortable
Handling all incoming phone calls and follow-up phone calls
Following up on guests appointments
Assist the Spa manager or the person in charge
Handle the guest from arrival
Selling treatments products and memberships
Explaining the menu and spa facilities program
Make reservations
Make appropriate reporting to management
Follow the membership with its special requirements
Allocate therapists to guests
In charge of receiving and sending all documents
Responsible for interface and communication between the staff and the management.
Qualifications :
Perfect command of English and Turkish
Good communication skills
Warm positive and outgoing personality
Able to work according to different shifts
Previous spa experience is an asset
