- Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing-related initiatives including new product introduction (NPI) process optimization and digital transformation.
- Define project scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineering supply chain operations and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to meet strategic objectives.
- Implement best practices for project governance risk management and compliance.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules ensuring delivery within cost and time constraints.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 15 years of experience in project management within advanced manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Familiar with CSA and MEP requirements for advanced manufacturing projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
