Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Lobby Lounge to ensure smooth service and profitability
Maintain exceptional service standards in line with Shangri-La policies and brand expectations
Lead supervise and motivate service staff including scheduling training and performance management
Ensure consistent quality of food beverage service delivery and outlet cleanliness
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
Coordinate closely with Culinary Stewarding Sales & Events and other hotel departments
Monitor cost control inventory usage and operational expenses to meet financial targets
Ensure compliance with hygiene food safety fire and life safety regulations
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management
Minimum 23 years experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within F&B
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a service team
Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations service standards and guest relations
Good understanding of hygiene food safety and safety compliance standards
Cost-conscious with basic financial and inventory management knowledge
Flexible adaptable and willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays
