Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition within a defined territory in the Canadian Corporate Legal Market. This role focuses on identifying prospecting and closing new client opportunities with Corporate legal departments in Canada.

About the Role:

In this role as a Sales Executive you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Canadian corporate legal sector through strategic prospecting networking and research

  • Conduct needs assessments and consultative sales presentations to C-suite executives legal partners and decision-makers

  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Navigate complex sales cycles and prepare compelling proposals presentations and product demonstrations tailored to legal industry needs

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the Canadian legal market landscape including key players trends and competitive dynamics

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and provide market feedback regarding product development and competitive positioning

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities pipeline status and forecasts in CRM system

About You:

Youre a fit for the Sales Executive role if your background includes:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience preferably selling to law firms corporate legal departments or professional services organizations

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a new business acquisition role

  • Strong understanding of the Canadian legal market structure and business practices

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management capabilities

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
