Requirements
- 10 years of professional experience in software engineering building shippingand owning production systems end to end.
- Deep experience designing scaling and optimizing backend architectures microservices and serverless solutions ( / AWS).
- Strong fullstack experience with React/TypeScript on frontend (architecture performance optimization micro frontends patterns).
- Expert in GraphQL REST and event-driven architectures able to simplify evolve and standardize complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda API Gateway S3 DynamoDB RDS/Aurora) and reusable platform patterns.
- Strong data modeling experience with NoSQL (DynamoDB) and relational (PostgreSQL).
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills: identifies root causes fast proposes pragmatic solutions and drives execution.
- Strong background in Unit Testing TDD CI/CD pipelines observability and automation.
- Technical leadership and mentorship: able to elevate engineers drive best practices define standards and act as the technical reference.
- Experience evaluating and leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code Copilot Amazon Q) to increase speed quality and developer throughput.
- Proactive ownership mindset focused on continuous improvement of codebases architecture and engineering processes.
- Advanced English.
