The HSE Manager positionat Built is responsible for supporting projects and team with HSE safety coaching and contractor safety management. This role will provide leadership and involve hands on management of the continuous improvement of Bulits health and safety processes reducing risk and growing a positive safety culture.
Heres what a typical day might look like for you:
- Reporting to the Regional HSE manager work closely with the project and site managers and operational teams providing guidance on any HSE matters.
- Advice on legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Building and maintaining Builts policies and frameworks.
- Identifying training needs coaching teams in solutions.
- Ensuring significant incidents are investigated ad actions closed out in a timely manner.

- HSE auditor certification and a Certificate IV in WHS and workplace training and assessment.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of environmental legislation.
- Ability to partner and influence with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to drive change and results through their teams.
