Agent Managers work to recruit third-party agents who will bring customers to ALLO Business Channel Program and then provides intensive ongoing support to those agents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sign new agents
Work with agents to prepare proposals for prospects
Support the provisioning process for the accounts brought to ALLO Business by agents
Ensure agent commissions are paid accurately and promptly
Host periodic agent events
Train agents on ALLO Business products and services
Support upsells opportunities within the agent-generated customer base

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

College degree or relevant experience
Two years of sales experience preferably in working with Channel sales

COMPETENCIES SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

Prospecting
Strong oral and written communications
Ability to close deals
Understanding of telecommunications services
Ability to work independently

Remain stationary for extended periods
Remain upright on feet for extended period
Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
Ability to communicate information
Ability to operate a computer
Possess/maintain a valid drivers license
