Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced SAP Specialist – HR Process to support the evaluation and enhancement of HR business processes within SAP and related platforms including SuccessFactors. The specialist will play a key role in reviewing and optimizing the digital enablement of HR processes such as hire-to-retire Qatarization learning and development and payroll (subject to confirmation).
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and support the full Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle in SAP ensuring efficient configuration and integration with business workflows.

Implement and maintain SAP functionalities related to Strategic Qatarization enabling accurate tracking and reporting of nationalization KPIs.

Support the automation and monitoring of Capability Building and Learning & Development programs using SAP SuccessFactors Learning and related modules.
-
Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors particularly in areas such as employee profile performance management and career development.

Assist in the integration and validation of Payroll processes (upon confirmation) ensuring correct data flow compliance and reporting within SAP.
-
Collaborate with HR IT and internal stakeholders to gather requirements troubleshoot issues and support SAP HR module enhancements.

Ensure system controls and data integrity across all HR modules aligning with audit and compliance expectations.

Support user training documentation and post-implementation reviews of SAP HR functionalities.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR modules and/or SuccessFactors.

Proven experience in supporting HR digital transformation projects.

Strong understanding of HR business processes such as recruitment onboarding training and payroll.

Experience with SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central Learning Performance & Goals etc.) is preferred.

Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and solutions.
-
Strong communication analytical and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-
SAP HR or SuccessFactors certification(s).
-
Experience working in the GCC region preferably with exposure to Qatarization initiatives.

Knowledge of data protection and compliance requirements in HR systems.

Exposure to SAP Fiori SAP Analytics Cloud or other SAP-related tools is a plus.
