Position: Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary
Responsible for planning and executing recruitment activities to source select and hire the best talent in line with workforce requirements. Oversees recruitment operations guides the team and ensures staffing needs are met efficiently cost-effectively and in compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies hiring plans and budgets.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings CV screening interviews assessments and offers.
- Conduct sourcing campaigns locally and internationally including career fairs and recruitment drives.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador at events to attract talent.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire cost-per-hire agency performance) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies labor laws and QHSE standards.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team define KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
- Support national development initiatives by actively recruiting Qatari talent.
