Job Summary
A large high-performing secondary school in Leicestershire is looking to appoint a professional and organised School Administratorto join its busy main office from January 2026.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the schools operations. Youll act as the first point of contact for staff students and visitors providing administrative support across attendance admissions communications and general office functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Maintaining accurate pupil records and school databases.
Supporting senior staff with correspondence reports and meeting preparation.
Assisting with events parent evenings and whole-school communications.

About You
Strong organisational and IT skills (Microsoft Office SIMS or similar).
