Job description
As part of a talented team you will be responsible for guiding a team of digital experts responsible in their day-to-day management of performance media campaigns across platforms including search display online video and more.
Your Responsibilities (What youll do day-to-day)
Client Account Management:
-Manage day-to-day client relationships acting as a trusted and highly responsive partner for all initiatives;
-Own and manage monthly budget control reporting the monthly billing process and time management reports.
Media Strategy and Planning:
-Collect and analyze market data to gather relevant insights;
-Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits;
-Determine the best media mix for our campaigns;
-Optimize advertising campaigns based on geographic exposure frequency duration etc.;
-Allocate budgets and monitor costs;
-Follow online and offline media trends (TV shows magazines blogs radio programs);
-Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns.
Team Supervision:
-Support team members in their duties and in their development;
-Contribute to the continuous training of the strategy team;
-Manage the teams daily workload (leading weekly team status meetings touchbases with team members);
-Improve the teams work processes to generate more added value for the strategic expertise;
Your Assets (What you bring)
-Education or Equivalent Practical Experience: University or college diploma preferably in advertising marketing communications or a related field.
-Professional Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in planning across all national media channels.
-Supervisory Experience: 1 to 2 years of team supervision experience is an asset.
-Platform Experience: Good understanding of programmatic advertising paid social media and/or PPC/SEM (Google Ads META DV360 or equivalents).
-Analytical Skills: Excellent command of Excel and/or Google Sheets; Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an asset.
-Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French bilingualism is an asset).

-Day 30 : You will have identified your team & client needs.
-Day 60 : Plan of action is in place!
