We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter / Server who can provide excellent customer service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus take food and beverage orders and serve dishes promptly.
- Offer menu suggestions including knowledge of Indian cuisine spice levels and popular dishes.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Handle billing payments and maintain a clean dining area.
- Provide attentive service and promptly respond to guest requests.
- Follow restaurant safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1 2 years of experience as a Waiter / Server in an Indian restaurant.
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine menu items and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours.
- Positive attitude team player and passion for hospitality.
- Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.
