Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Full life cycle end-to-end recruiting
ATS worked - Success Factor will be preferred
Experience in handling large volumes and niche skills
Experience in Excel daily reporting / Reports preparation
Good stakeholder management
Soft skills: Good communication skills attitude & good data management skills
Partnering with hiring Managers to understand their teams hiring needs and team dynamics.
Identify engage and secure top hardworking candidates (both passive and active).
Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
Be the search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs position specifications and search requirements
Work proactively to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possibleNegotiate potential offers and successfully close candidates
