Job Summary
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the test strategy test approach and test plans
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across releases
- Review and approve test cases test scripts and test execution results
- Ensure adequate test coverage traceability and quality metrics
- Oversee defect management root cause analysis and closure
- Drive adherence to QA processes standards and governance
- Coordinate with development business and client stakeholders
- Track testing progress risks and dependencies and provide regular status reporting
- Mentor and guide Senior Testers and test team members
- Support release sign-off and quality readiness assessments
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in QA methodologies tools and processes
- Proven experience leading testing teams and test delivery
- Strong understanding of test design execution and defect lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Solid knowledge of debugging techniques and root cause analysis
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in test automation strategy and frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Metrics-driven test reporting and quality dashboards
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications :
Bachelor in Engineering/ Computer Science
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Primary Skills: QA and Test related tools and processes . debugging techniques including error log reviews error coding standards root cause identification and problem closure. document defects and validate the fixes provided.
