Job Description: HR Intern (6 Months Unpaid Remote PPO Opportunity)

Reporting To: HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern for a 6-month unpaid remote internship with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn core HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee engagement and talent management while supporting a dynamic and growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate communications.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Maintain HR databases and employee records.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Participate in payroll compliance and HR operations as needed.
- Assist with documentation policy updates and internal communications.
- Work closely with the HR team to handle day-to-day tasks and special projects.
Requirements
- Interest in Human Resources Business Administration or related fields.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Well-organized with attention to detail and time management.
- Willingness to learn contribute and work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Prior internship or volunteer HR experience is an advantage.
