This role is fully on-site in India and aligned to US business hours (US shift).

Primary Title

Business Development Executive US Shift (Inside Sales / B2B)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for US-based hiring managers via cold calling email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns using CRM and email automation tools; update opportunity stages and activity notes accurately.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to identify hiring needs buyer personas and potential fit; book qualified meetings for senior account managers.
  • Negotiate initial commercial terms prepare proposals and coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Hit weekly and monthly pipeline and conversion KPIs; maintain accurate forecast and activity dashboards for US-shift accounts.
  • Continuously refine outreach messaging and sales playbooks based on feedback A/B testing and market intel from US verticals.

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong spoken and written English with professional phone etiquette for US time zones.
  • Comfortable working US shift hours onsite in India and able to travel occasionally for training or client meetings if required.
