Job Summary
| Job Description: | 9 BDC7A Summary: As a Software Development Lead you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies methodologies and tools to support clients and projects effectively ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications while fostering collaboration among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - should have minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in API development using spring boot AWS SQL skill- should have strong Development experience in Java - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.- Shift timing will be 1 Pm to 10:30 PM & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.- Knowledge of version control systems particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. |
