Job title: | Corporate Land Support Consultant |
Purpose: | To support and provide best add on service for all Travel Managers and suppliers. To be part of this team you will need to have excellent understanding of corporate travel and be a solution driven individual who can articulate themselves clearly. Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs) | - Systems:
- In depth knowledge of corporate platforms to ensure smooth effective support for operational needs.

- Product Expertise:
- In depth knowledge of Corporate Product offerings
- Continuous self-development of preferred product and product ranges and channeling opportunities.
- Participating in supplier events training and all forms of self-development.
|
3. Customer Experience: - Follow the one best way Customer Experience process
- Strong customer engagement driven through person-to-person ethos
- Customer and supplier relationship management to promote the brand
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay abreast of travel managers needs.

| 4. Systems and Processes: - Become an expert on: Protas Amadeus Hotel Source ..
- Follow one best way blueprint to mitigate risk
- Continuous development on all platforms (self and through the business)
Exceptional understanding of corporate booking systems |
Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs) | 5. Admin: - Loading of Rates on Hotel Source
- Management of escalation process for Corporate Systems issues.
- Loading of Suppliers on Protas for invoicing purposes
- Escalate service failure and billing queries
- Communication with suppliers/hotels to assist travel managers with waivers/favors/ requests etc
- Rate code loading on Amadeus and Protas
Must be adaptable. The role and duties will evolve as the system and business evolves; you need to be able to embrace and promote change. |

Key communication and relationships: | Internal: Travel Managers Area Leader Learning and Development Customer Experience Team Finance Marketing Supply IT External: Suppliers System and Customer service orientated. Adaptable to change. Motivated to Drive Hotel Source Follow OBW for all processes. Strong Communication skills. |
