As a Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of heavy civil and site development projectsfrom planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams collaborate with clients and subcontractors and ensure that every project is completed safely on time and within budget while upholding Earth Techs high standards of quality and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning coordination and delivery of heavy construction and site development projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets schedules and resources to achieve production and financial goals.
- Oversee subcontractor performance vendor relationships and contract compliance.
- Monitor daily field operations ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review project reports change orders and progress updates for leadership and clients.
- Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and continuous improvement across all project stakeholders.
- 5 years of project management experience in heavy construction site development or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction means methods scheduling and cost control.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (HCSS Procore or similar) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
