Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Proficiently able to code warranty repair orders
- Accurately process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines
- Submit completed claim to manufacturer accurately
- Review repair orders for completeness and compliance
- Communicate effectively across departments to resolve discrepancies
- Stay informed on manufacturer updates bulletins policy changes and best practices
Qualifications
- Warranty experience preferred- MercedesBenz experience a plus!
- CDK experience a must
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
- Proficiency Microsoft Office
- General accounting knowledge preferred
