Database Administrator (Oracle / SQL / Azure) - Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator with 10 years of expertise in managing and optimizing enterprise databases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL database design performance tuning and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage maintain and optimize large-scale databases (Oracle SQL Server)
Design and implement database solutions ensuring high performance and reliability
Perform database tuning troubleshooting and performance optimization
Support enterprise applications and multi-tier architectures (SOA Microservices)
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Work within Agile (Scrum) environments across SDLC phases
Handle ETL processes and data integration into Azure SQL
Support high availability disaster recovery and cloud migration initiatives

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure cloud database migration and cloud optimization
Knowledge of Power BI reporting and visualization
Exposure to DevOps tools CI/CD pipelines and Git
Experience with large-scale databases and HA/DR environments
Relevant Azure or DBA certifications (nice to have)
