The opportunity
We are seeking for an accomplished Finance Manager who is agile client-focused with extensive experience in finance and accounting and a proven track record in managing RTR operations driving process improvements and exhibiting strong leadership capabilities.
Your key responsibilities
- Overseeing end-to-end financial reporting and accounting activities.
- Knowledgeable on all new local market-compliance regulatory and statutory policies for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly financial closing.
- Designing implementing and managing accounting principles financial analysis and process improvement of each market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Partner with in-market Financial Business Partners and other cross-functional teams while providing continuous support building strong relationship with all the stakeholders.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong understanding of accounting principles financial analysis and process improvement of each market.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Ability to manage multiple market such as China Taiwan Korea and Singapore.
- Knowledge in SAP finance module.
Ideally youll also have
- Experience in change and transformation projects including process reengineering technology implementations and cultural change initiatives
What we look for
- Minimum qualifications of bachelors degree in finance accounting qualified accountant or equivalent (e.g. ACCA CIMA)
- Minimum 5 years experience of managing teams/ managing operations in shared services.
- 10 years experience of finance accounting experience in finance shared service.
