As part of the global engineering leadership team this role collaborates closely with Platform Engineering Solutions Engineering QA Data Science and Product teams to drive excellence in product delivery innovation and team performance.
Requirements
- 15 years in software engineering including 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong background in SaaS product development from a technology company.
- Proficiency in .NET / C# / Core Angular / TypeScript and Azure (Cloud & DevOps).
- Experience in Agentic AI development is a major plus.
- Proven ability to lead distributed multicultural teams.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of software products ensuring velocity scalability and high quality.
- Provide hands-on technical direction in architecture coding standards design patterns and best practices.
- Support product strategy roadmap execution and solution delivery for client-specific implementations.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering tools (Azure AI Foundry MS Copilot Studio GitHub Copilot).
- Define and track engineering KPIs across delivery quality and productivity.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams with a strong ownership culture.
- Partner with HR and L&D to design training and leadership programs.
- Oversee operational excellence office infrastructure and team logistics in compliance with company policies.
