Job Summary

Experience: 5 years

Locations: Pune Hyderabad Nagpur Bangalore Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident Problem Change Request.
Implement workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and notifications.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Maintain CMDB and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support ITOM processes like Discovery Service Mapping and Event Management.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
Experience with ITOM and CMDB implementation.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS GlideScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Experience with Service Portal and Flow Designer.
Preferred: ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD ITSM ITOM Implementation Specialist).
