Our client is within the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand client relationships through regular communication and collaboration with internal teams.
- Renegotiate client contracts as needed to ensure retention and manage account profitability.
- Implement and onboard new clients while ensuring seamless transitions.
- Perform data analysis and provide consultative insights to clients to optimize their travel management.
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations Managers to support client objectives.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics and assist credit control to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting key achievements and areas of focus.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and account management.
- Experience in Travel Management Company (TMC) account management is essential.
- Analytical energetic and customer-focused mindset.
