Travel is part of this position but the frequency may vary based on client team and individual circumstances.

What youll do

We are looking for an Intern with a strong potential to join our Milan team. This is not a short-term internship its a chance to start your career and grow with us.
Youll work alongside experienced professionals on high-impact projects helping companies navigate urgent and complex situations. From analyzing corporate performance to building business models and identifying opportunities for growth youll gain hands-on experience that matters.

• Support client teams in analyzing financial and operational performance
• Contribute to business modeling cost reduction initiatives and profitability improvements
• Collaborate in dynamic high-stakes environments where your ideas make a difference
• Develop skills in problem-solving communication and client engagement

What youll need

• Masters degree obtained or in progress (all coursework completed and thesis finalized) with strong evidence of academic success. Preferred fields: Business Finance Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; solid understanding of financial statements
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
• High energy adaptability and a proactive mindset
