Your Tasks
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to support our Ecommerce team in Milan across key brands (NIVEA Labello Hansaplast & Eucerin). In this role you will contribute to the development and optimization of performancedriven campaigns for the Italian market working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and collaborating with Digital Marketing Ecommerce Marketing teams and external agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Support optimization and monitoring of ecommerce campaigns (Search DSP Display).
- Analyze campaign performance across KPIs (CPC CPA ROAS CTR Conversion Rate).
- Prepare regular reporting and extract actionable insights.
- Coordinate with external media agencies and partners on operational tasks.
- Collect and organize data from platforms such as Amazon AMS DSP and partner tools.
- Assist in defining audience targeting segmentation strategies and product selection.
- Contribute to internal presentations for alignment across Ecommerce and Marketing.
- Support social commerce initiatives and related ecommerce activities.
Your Profile
Recent Graduate in Economics Marketing or Management Engineering;
First Experience or Stage Experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing roles;
Strong interest in E-commerce topics and in data driven environment;
Knowledge of major online Beauty & Personal Care players and and understanding of e-commerce business models;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker Studio Power BI).
Any previous experienceacademic or practicalin digital marketing or ecommerce.
Familiarity with funnel marketing concepts and customer journey analysis.
