Context: Casavo is a next-generation digital real estate agency that leverages technology to simplify and expedite the process of buying and selling real estate. The primary goal is to maximize Casavos online visibility attract more potential clients and organize relevant events to strengthen brand awareness.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Designer Intern to join our team and support both Sales and Marketing this role you will work on a wide range of visual assets from sales enablement materials to social media content and product-related visuals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects with tangible impact on our agents customers and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Materials:

   • Create and update sales materials that support real estate agents throughout the customer journey: prospecting property visits and closing.
   • Design and maintain templates for presentations brochures and other commercial assets.

2. Social Media Content:

   • Support the Marketing Specialists in the creation of content for Organic social media (Instagram LinkedIn TikTok).
   • Support the Growth Specialist in the creation of content for Paid Campaigns.
   • Develop both static and dynamic content bringing creativity and innovation while ensuring visual consistency with Casavos brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
   • Collaborate on the creation of product-related content including product demo feature walkthrough and product launches to be used both internally and externally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Multimedia Design or similar.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); motion tools are a plus.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for creative production such as: image creation and editing renders and visual concepts.
• Basic understanding of digital design social media formats and performance-driven creative.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong visual sensibility.
• Curiosity proactivity and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English
