ORTHODONTIC PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR: YOUR ROLE
With a positive and professional demeanor you warmly greet new patients during their initial exams alleviating any concerns and answering their questions. After the exam you review treatment fees explain procedures and encourage them to commit to their treatment plans fostering trust and turning new patients into loyal clients. By efficiently managing our appointment schedule and providing outstanding customer service through prompt responses to inquiries you create a welcoming atmosphere that makes patients feel valued. Your exceptional organizational skills and empathetic nature play a crucial role in building strong relationships with both patients and dental professionals driving our offices growth and success.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 years of experience in the dentistry field
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Phone skills
Although not required experience in orthodontics is preferred but we will train the right candidate!
