To strengthen our Front Office team we are introducing a dedicated Reservations Guest Service Agent role to manage guest and corporate enquiries efficiently. We are seeking an enthusiastic detail-oriented individual to manage the Stay and Inbound inboxes handle telephone enquiries and support corporate and inbound reservations for our Auckland property.
You will report directly to the Front Office Manager and work closely with the Group Reservations team to ensure consistent timely communication with guests and corporate clients.
