What Youll Do:
- Create individualized treatment plans using the ABA model
- Conduct assessments and set measurable meaningful goals
- Supervise and mentor RBTs interns and team members
- Provide parent training and family support with compassion
- Monitor progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
- Ensure clients are thriving in the least restrictive environment
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain high-quality standards
What Were Looking For:
- Current BCBA & LBA (TX)
- Masters degree in ABA Education Psychology or related field
- 2 years of ABA experience (early intervention preferred)
- Current CPR/AED or BLS certification (AHA approved in-person)
- A genuine passion for helping children and families succeed
