Job Summary:
As a Discovery Lead within the POSIG Process Optimization team you will analyze and transform business processes across Payments Operations. You will leverage diagnostic tools and data-driven insights to identify and deliver impactful improvements. Your work will enable global scalability and enhance operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform business process reviews to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct data-driven analysis to quantify benefits and gain insights
- Collaborate with Operations leaders and key partners across the bank
- Learn and leverage diagnostic toolsets such as Process Mining and Task Capture
- Lead data analysis and connect diagnostic datasets for process improvement
- Manage analysis projects to deliver outcomes within defined timeframes
- Compile and present updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Explore and understand business problems using advanced tools
- Deliver process improvement insights to key stakeholders
- Communicate effectively to share analysis outputs
- Support adoption of emerging technologies in process optimization
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Demonstrate experience in business analysis for process improvement in financial organizations
- Transform and analyze data using tools such as Alteryx and Excel
- Exhibit natural curiosity to understand business processes and their rationale
- Show interest in adopting emerging technologies like generative AI and agentic automation
- Solve complex problems with sound judgment and appropriate analytical approaches
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple concurrent work items
- Build relationships and influence colleagues and partners effectively
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Utilize Process Mining Task Capture and Task Mining analysis tools
- Model business processes with BPMN simulation and Decision Modelling using Signavio
- Apply knowledge and experience of Payments products
- Track project tasks and deliverables using JIRA
- Integrate advanced process analysis methodologies
- Enhance process optimization through innovative toolsets
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Payments Operations
