- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service related modules.
- Understanding of service-related business processes In house repair Field Service Repair Workshop repair Service contract-based repair Execution order process.
- In-depth knowledge one Service Quotations Service Contracts Service orders Service Order confirmation Maintenance Service Order. Recurring Services.
- Must have worked on at least 1 implementation experience in SAP S4HANA Service in a Lead role.
- Should have in-depth knowledge on cross topic integration with FICO SD MMPM CATS etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the service management system.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
- Ability to handle business stakeholders.
- Strong configuration knowledge in SAP S4HANA Service.
