Job Summary

JD for SAP Service Management Manager Level

Experience (7-10Years)

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Service related modules.
  • Understanding of service-related business processes In house repair Field Service Repair Workshop repair Service contract-based repair Execution order process.
  • In-depth knowledge one Service Quotations Service Contracts Service orders Service Order confirmation Maintenance Service Order. Recurring Services.
  • Must have worked on at least 1 implementation experience in SAP S4HANA Service in a Lead role.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge on cross topic integration with FICO SD MMPM CATS etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the service management system.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
  • Ability to handle business stakeholders.
  • Strong configuration knowledge in SAP S4HANA Service.
