Were looking for a bold hands-on Lead Sales Marketplace to take our sales team to the next level and scale partnerships across Sweden. This role combines strategic sales planning hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration to achieve commercial targets. Your mission
Manage coach and motivate a team of four Sales Managers - driving their development setting clear targets and ensuring top-tier performance.
Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and contract while staying hands-on and operational to support the team in closing deals and managing key conversations.
Take charge of major AAA accounts and big-brand chains leading negotiations opening doors and securing strategic collaborations that move the business forward.
Contribute to the development of regulatory processes pricing strategies and product documentation to strengthen and shape the FMCG business area.
Analyze performance and identify opportunities optimizing the teams approach to ensure consistent progress toward ambitious sales targets.
Actively identify and approach new leads expanding our reach and ensuring foodora remains a partner of choice for Swedens leading retailers.

Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of experience within Sales or Account Management including solid experience in sales leadership ideally within FMCG retail or marketplace environments
Hands-on experience managing and coaching a high-performing team
Track record of driving sales growth and successfully closing major accounts
Fluency in both Swedish and English
You have a drivers license
