Job Summary
- Responsible for translating internal client needs into a formal integration specification.
- Integration expertise should be based on abstract principles independent of any specific underlying technology.
- Govern and maintain EDPs Global Integration Architecture covering a wide range of types (APIs Web Services Events ETL Batch Files Data etc.).
- Design and develop technical architecture for integration solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Maintain integration design documentation and technical specifications.
- Define and document integration patterns and best practices.
- Assist in the specification of integration test plans and scenarios.
- Provide oversight in standards adherence through reviews of project work including detailed technical specifications and application code.
- Be proactive independent and enthusiastic.
- Be results and delivery-driven taking ownership and accountability for all work and responsibilities.
- Be critical imaginative and willing to challenge the Status Quo.
Qualifications :
- Up to 15 years of experience in the role
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
- Capacity for critical analysis and focused on problem-solving
- Commitment to quality of deliverables
- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology JIRA and Confluence tools (valued/a plus)
- Experience in strategic projects
- English (mandatory) Portuguese (mandatory) Spanish (valued/a plus)
- Deep knowledge of the various types of integration platforms as well as integration patterns and new market trends
