Stakeholder Management:
- Effective in managing multiple stakeholders across various levels to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing insights on market trends salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices.
- Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress discuss challenges and adjust recruitment plans as needed.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in an HR related field or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation/Engineering being an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit during candidate evaluations

- Able to develop valued relationships with managers and Candidates alike
- Effectively manage your workload to meet agreed deadlines
