Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead and manage the day to day operations of Front Office Guest Services and Housekeeping ensuring all service standards are followed
  • Oversee group business reviewing and ensuring details of group resumes are met
  • Oversee the selection training and development of all Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Proven record to coordinate multiple departments
  • Ability to build strong relationships interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
  • Computer literacy a must
