Reporting to the Director of Operations responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and manage the day to day operations of Front Office Guest Services and Housekeeping ensuring all service standards are followed
- Oversee group business reviewing and ensuring details of group resumes are met
- Oversee the selection training and development of all Colleagues to ensure timely recruitment and career growth
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Proven record to coordinate multiple departments
- Ability to build strong relationships interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
- Computer literacy a must
