Workingwithvariousteamstoassistwithattendeeacquisitionforbusinessdinnersleadershipeventsandclientexperiencesensuringeachguestlistalignswithstrategicbusinessobjectives.
Prepareandrefinepitchmaterialsclientrecapsandsalesdecksforhigh-levelpresentations.
Coordinateandschedulemeetingsmaintaincalendarandcommunicationsandensureallprepmaterialsarereadyinadvance.
TrackandupdateCRMdatapipelineactivityandperformancemetrics.
Collaboratewithinternalteamsmarketingeventseditorialandproductiontoensureclientcommitmentsarefulfilled.
Assistwithon-siteclientengagementatmajorindustryeventssponsorshipsandnetworkingfunctions.
Researchnewbusinessopportunitiesandhelpidentifyemergingadvertisingcategoriesorpartnershipprospects.
AnticipateneedsandproactivelysolveproblemstomaximizeefficiencyfortheChiefSalesOfficer.
