This is a matrixed role with business partners and stakeholders across the Finance Sales HR Marketing and R&D organizations.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
- Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
- Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
- Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
Stakeholder Influence
- Communicates implications of work (e.g. forecasts analyses trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
- Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
Execution & Organization
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective with minimal supervision.
- Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
- Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
Performance Management

- Proven track record of navigating and driving projects in a matrixed organization with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with collaborating across diverse teams (such as Sales Marketing HR and R&D) and coordinating with partnerswho can influence executive leadership and drive actionable insights.
