Strategic Account Manager Audio/Visual Sales
This is a 100% On-site role
Endurance IT Services has a client in Ashland Virginia seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager with a hunter mindset to drive new business and deliver innovative A/V this client-facing role youll manage the full sales cycle build strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new A/V sales opportunities across corporate education and government sectors.
- Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing while exceeding growth targets.
- Serve as the primary client contact fostering long-term relationships and guiding projects through design and delivery.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide consultative expertise.
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in A/V or technology solutions.
- Proven ability to open new doors and close complex deals.
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with A/V products and integration approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
