Position Summary:
The PEC Senior Associate supports the execution of strategic initiatives that enable scalable project excellence across the organization. This role contributes to governance process optimization and knowledge management efforts ensuring consistency and impact across R&D and portfolio teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of governance guidelines and templates.
- Assist in the creation and rollout of standardized project management tools and best practices.
- Contribute to the design and upkeep of knowledge management platforms and repositories.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to facilitate and promote best practice sharing.
- Provide analytical and operational support for PEC initiatives and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination or portfolio support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.
