Make an Impact by:
- ManageC4 resource planning and new connection to overseas partners.
- Support internal and external audit preparations and exercises for the system
- Manage and implement system and security patches as well as system updates.
- Address and resolve customer escalations effectively.
- Support SPF to prepare for special events include drawer plan for emergency situation.
- Support SPF and IMDA blocking of calling number related spam or scam calls.
- Managing IMDA directive related to scam prevention and testing
Skills for Success:
- Degree in IT/Computer.
- Related 8 years of work experience in telecom networking and IT Telco or networking experience.
- Knowledge inTCP/IP networking (include DNS / DHCP)SIP protocolLinux knowledge andISDN signalling.
- Knowledge inLinux ScriptingPython ProgrammingPandas andWeb-scraping.
