- Facilitate prioritization of GenAI Roadmaps across core business and internal support functions
- Functional testing & User Demo for proof of concepts

- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst for the insurance domain preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Experience with Generative AI projects or similar technologies is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
Bachelors Degree: Typically required in a relevant field such as Business Computer Science Information Technology or a related discipline.
5 Years: Experience in a business analysis role preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Experience with GenAI: Specific experience working with Generative AI projects or technologies is highly desirable.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP): Optional but preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP): Optional but preferred for project management responsibilities
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
- Business Analysis: 30%
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas where Generative AI can add value.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: 20%
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT product management and business units to understand their needs and challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration.
- Functional Solution Design: 20%
- Work with GenAI architects & engineers to design GenAI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation including use cases process flows and functional test cases for proof of concepts
- Project Management: 15%
- Assist in planning and managing AI projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues that may arise.
- Change Management: 10%
- Support the implementation of GenAI solutions by providing guidance to users.
- Help manage the transition and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: 5%
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI.
- Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements and optimizations to existing AI solutions.
