The Finance team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to oversee daily operations within the ISBN Collections organization.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong cash flow performance maintaining strategic customer relationships and driving operational excellence across the SAP Business a single connection the SAP Business Network provides organizations with the capabilities they need to ensure seamless transactions strengthen existing buyer-supplier relationships find new business opportunities and generate bottom-line savingsallowing them to realize true eCommerce success

Duties and Responsibilities Lead and support the daily operations of the ISBN Collections team ensuring timely and accurate management of outstanding a strong customer focus and foster positive solution-oriented relationships with clients and internal consolidated invoicing processes for strategic suppliers ensuring accuracy and with cross-functional teams (Finance Sales IT and Engineering) to streamline and enhance collection and analyze overall segment performance identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions where and participate in global initiatives to optimize cash collection efficiency and end-to-end high-visibility business cases with direct exposure to upper management and the CFO guidance coaching and performance support to team members promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Work Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in O2C Processes with proven results in managing accounts receivable experience in customer service or client relationship with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies Bachelors Degree in Finance Business Administration or a related analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and mindset able to implement a holistic view of the business and align team activities with broader financial objectives.
