El FLL Facilities (First Line Leader) reportando al Jefe de Servicios Generales se encargará de la gestión y desarrollo del site referido a mejorar y mantener el activo edilicio operando de manera eficiente y dentro de los criterios de Seguridad Calidad Costo y Servicio cumpliendo con los objetivos y estándares corporativos alineados a la industria.

Principales responsabilidades:

-Liderar proyectos del área en torno a políticas de costos de EHS de calidad y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.

-Desarrollar e implementar sistemas de mejora continua internos al área.

-Desarrollar proveedores nuevos para el área.

-Coordinación y seguimiento de proveedores.

- Realización de auditorías L1 de Calidad y de seguridad e Higiene

- Soporte de auditorías externas e internas

- Gestión de documentación de contratistas (SICOP generación de ATS etc.)

- Control de documentación del personal de Intendencia (Logbook Planillas de SOPs del área TNR)

- Coordinación y supervisión de trabajos de contratistas

- Generación de permisos de trabajo según estándares de EHS

- Supervisión y coordinación del personal que realiza tareas de mantenimiento

- Generación y cierre de mantenimientos preventivos /Correctivos

- Supervisión y coordinación de personal de jardinería

- Supervisión y coordinación de empresa de control de plagas

- Entrenamiento en SOPs de subcontratistas coordinados por Intendencia

- Generación de órdenes de compra y seguimiento de pagos

- Interacción con el cliente interno para reparaciones y demás solicitudes a intendencia

- Verificación del cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad seguridad salud y ambiente como también los valores y principios éticos normas y procedimientos de la organización

- Operación en conjunto con los demás departamentos de la organización para dar soporte a las necesidades operativas y del cliente

Por qué TÚ

Tus calificaciones requeridas:

Formación: Graduado universitario de formación preferiblemente orientado a Arquitectura Ingeniería Industrial Seguridad & Higiene Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

Experiencia: 3 años de experiencia previa en roles similares gestionando los servicios generales.

Inglés: Nivel Intermedio (B1/B2).

Paquete Office: Nivel Intermedio.

Disponibilidad para trabajar full time 100% de forma presencial de LUNES A VIERNES en un turno flexible de 8 a 17 hs. en nuestra planta ubicada en Victoria San Fernando Buenos Aires Argentina.
