Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing the launch and operations of the autobody shop
Purchasing machinery tools and materials
Hiring training and managing staff
Handling backend operations budgeting and vendor relationships
Ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient workflow

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Prior experience in automotive repair operations or management
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership

Salary: $100k - $150k/Year Profit share
