Your Impact:

As our Change Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. Youll design and deliver change strategies that ensure our people are supported through the transition to SAP S/4HANA. From stakeholder engagement to training and communications youll be the driving force behind a smooth and successful transformation.

• Lead the development and delivery of the change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to ensure people readiness and adoption are central to every stage of implementation.
• Design and execute engaging communication and training plans to support teams across our network.
• Champion a positive change culture ensuring business disruption is minimised and confidence in new systems is strengthened.

Youll bring to the table:

• Proven experience leading change in large-scale ERP or technology transformation programs.
• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci is preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with SAP particularly S/4HANA is essential
• Deep understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills you know how to bring people on the journey
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced complex environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for empowering teams and building capability.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
